Shipping
We aim to post your orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them, using the reliable Royal Mail service. And here's an extra treat for you – all orders above £30 qualify for free shipping! So, whether you're indulging in a little self-care or picking out a gift for someone special, you won’t have to worry about extra shipping costs.
For those in need of a rushed order, international shipping, or any special requests, we’re here to help. Just reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Orders under £30 will be charged £4.
The delivery timings will depend on the carrier services.
Few points to note
- Kindly ensure the delivery address is correct in the order form. We wouldn't be able to help if its incorrect. Any extra delivery charges e.g. redelivery will have to be added to the order.
- PO Box deliveries are not possible at this time.
Returns
We will accept returns and even pay for shipping costs if the returns is due to our error e.g. incorrect product, damaged product. Full refund will be made.
We are a small business and so we wouldn't able able to offer Returns on non-faulty items.
Please contact us for any returns with order number, reason for return, and a photo. We will share information on how to Return the product.
While we wouldn't like you to have to cancel orders. Should it be required, cancellations of order would be as per Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulation 2013.
- full refund if order has not been shipped
- cancel for full refund with 7 days of receipt (excluding special offers). If the order has been dispatched or delivered the shipping fees for delivery will be charged.
- Items must be Returned in their original unused, unopened condition. Kindly ensure packaging to avoid any damage in transit.
- Any free gifts would have to be returned at the same time.
In exceptional circumstances, we might have to cancel the order if we aren't able to fulfil the request e.g. we identify damage before shipping, inability to find a courier. In these cases we will contact you via provided email and refunds will be made.
